6,000㎡ Full-Process PCB Assembly Base

Located in electronics center of Baoan, Shenzhen, our PCBA factory staffs with management team working in EMS over 10 years and equips with advanced automated production lines, which can serve 200,000,000+ component mounting for partners monthly. We have installed machines including brand-new Mounter YAMAHA, Automatic Integrated Loader and Unloader, Automatic Solder Paste Printing, 10 Reflow Soldering, Wave Soldering, PCB Suboard Machine, also with inspection machines like 3D SPI, Online AOI, X-Ray, Smart First-Piece Inspector and BGA Rework Station, which is important to quality control. Thus we have shaped our one-stop service in components sourcing, BOM support, mounting, soldering, assembly and test.

12000㎡ Integrated PCB Manufacturing Base

Our PCB factory,established in 2010,mainly produces 1-40L PCB in high-precision and majors in Multi-Layer,Copper Base,Rigid-Flex,HDI.Monthly production capability with 200+workers can support over 2500models,totally reaching50,000m.Ourtechnical teams are ready for24h all-round online supportand providepartners with many-to-one services.We are committed to ensuring quality from the source. All base materials are Grade A from well-known suppliers such as Kingboard, Shengyi, and JinAn GuoJi, fully compliant with UL and RoHS standards and traceable to their origin. All products undergo dual testing, including 100% electrical testing and AOI inspection, ensuring reliable and consistent quality.

3,000㎡ Full-Process PCB Assembly Base

Hunan Longzhijie Electronics Co., Ltd., established in 2024, is a w7holly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen PCB Electronics Holdings. The facility spans 3,000 square meters and is equipped with three advanced SMT lines and two DIP lines. It features newly imported YAMAHA high-speed SMT machines, supported by a full suite of precision inspection equipment, including X-ray systems, first article inspection (FAI) equipment, and SPI machines. The core team is composed of seasoned professionals from leading EMS companies, bringing over 20 years of expertise in the SMT industry.

4,000㎡ Full-Process PCB Assembly Base

In 2025, we established a 4,000㎡ overseas PCBA manufacturing base in Jakarta, Indonesia, providing one-stop PCBA assembly services—from SMT processing and DIP soldering to final product assembly. The facility is equipped with a full range of inspection equipment, including First Article Inspection systems, SPI, and AOI, to ensure consistent product quality.
